Covering District/s: (7) (Kamber-Shahdadkot), (Jacobabad), (Kashmore@Kandhkot), (Shikarpur), (Khairpur), (Ghotki), and (Naushahro Feroze).

Project Objective/s:  

To improve the TB case detection rate and treatment compliance through a social mobilization approach in target communities.

Major Activities:

Advocacy at the district and community level with key community influencers and community institutions.
Demand creation, community awareness, identification, referrals, and follow-ups of TB cases in the target population.
Active case detection, facilitating, and support to the mobile van visit, the community component.
Collect the Index Cases list from the BMU side for Microplanning.
Verbal Screening of HH Contacts.
Refer to the BMU side for X-Ray and GenXpert test.
Ensuring TB treatment and TPT.
Conduct awareness sessions in target communities.
